Since 1993, we have helped people in organisations build, enhance and increase their vocal presence and spoken word expression.  Currently, one-to-one executive coaching programs increase leaders' credibility, heighten attention to their presence, improve management influence and deliver excellent brand experiences to stakeholders through active, energetic use of voice power and vocal delivery techniques.

As the founder and a director of Voice & Word Pty Ltd., Sandra Baigel delivers one-to-one voice coaching programs to executives across business and industry.  By invitation, she speaks at conferences and industry events and conducts masterclass sessions on specialist topics via tele-conferences and webinars.

Sandra draws on significant breadth and depth in the use of voice to engage, develop rapport and build trust.  Leaders and executives bring outstanding results to their voices as they integrate their unique voice quality with leadership and management styles.

As a vivacious, authoritative speaker and presenter, Sandra combines a liberal arts degree, post graduate studies and extensive platform and radio experience in her work.  Her knowledge and experience in the 'people and performance' areas of voice and its application to presentation and communication enrich practical, memorable presentations.
